I found this little shadowbox doohickey at the Dollar Tree a while back.
*Note: you have to really hunt and see things with a different eye when you go to the Dollar Tree. Most Dollar Trees carry the same items, although there will be a little variance from store to store. I always find some sort of "treasure" at mine to decorate with scrappy stuff.
Anyways, back to the doohickey. I've been a little intimidated to commit to one of those beautiful 7 Gypsies printers trays I've seen around the 'net, so this was the perfect way to dabble with the same concept.
It came unpainted, so I just threw on some white craft paint and then added in little decorated squares using the gorgeous Tinsel & Twig line from Girls' Paperie.
(The Girls' Paperie lines can honestly make anything look good!) :)
Gorgeous project. Love it. :)
