XOXO,
your friend who is addicted to using it on all projects now.

Since it's October, I figured I needed to get on the ball about finishing up our "first day of school" photos of the kiddos. (And um, I still haven't taken Atticus' pictures yet. Guess I need to do that, huh?!)
I pulled out Sabby's pics the other day and some Tim Holtz Idea-ology products, and made this layout.
(Supplies used: Tim Holtz "Lost & Found" papers, Tim Holtz Elements Grungboard, Tim Holtz "Traveler" tissue tape, Tim Holtz "Symphony" tissue tape, Tim Holtz Alpha Grungeboard, Tim Holtz Distress Stickles- Chipped Sapphire, Tim Holtz Ruffled Ribbon, Tim Holtz Mini Mask.)
Looking for a simple way to add just a touch of color to a layout? Don't forget your colored pencils! They added just the right child-like flavor to this layout.
(Sorry for the crappy before shot!)
I added hints of gray acrylic paint, along with some splatters of mist. I used some of the awesome Tim Holtz Symphony tape to create an abstract "branch" of sorts, along with wrapping the edges of the piece.
Great layout and I love the bird - I'm not sure anyone could NOT love anything you've 'Virginia-fied'!!
ReplyDeleteMan, I always love seeing what you can do with something!!
