Hey guys-
I have the new design template in blogger installed, and I can't figure out for the life of me how to get my header centered.
Has anyone else figured it out? I read some stuff in the blogger help forums, but adjusting the html header inner margin codes doesn't seem to be doing jack squat.
Hellllllllllp! It's driving my OCD side crazy! :)
Can't WAIT to see the answer to this...mine's been driving me batty too!!!!!
ReplyDeleteWhat if you put this at the beginning and the end of your HTML coding?
ReplyDeletebeginning: (there won't be a space between the < and div ... and center" and > I had to type it that way because it wouldn't take when I previewed the message first)
< div align="center" >< a href="http://......
end: (there wont' be a space between the < and /center ... and the dive and > )
/ >< /a >< /center >< /div >
I hope that made sense.
Hey Toni- Thanks so much!
ReplyDeleteI just realized something; it's not html anymore, it's xml. So that's probably why my "fixes" aren't working. Bleh!
Bummer!! I say Bing or Google it! I'm sure there is something out there on the web. I'm not very good with the coding and I just happened to come across that one to center things. Good luck in your search of "Center"ness. :o)
ReplyDeleteI don't have the answer (not helpful, I know), but I follow Blogger in Draft (http://bloggerindraft.blogspot.com), which has some helpful posts about known issues and easy fixes. Might find what you're looking for there?
