Happy Memorial Day!
This layout is based on an awesome sketch done by my friend Jana! You can try it out too for our latest challenge: check it out here.
This was done with the beautiful Noel Mignon Penny Arcade kit.
(I added those pink Thickers from my stash. Now that I look at them, I'm thinking of going back and adding some clear Stickles on top of them.)
Speaking of kits, I hear there are only two left of the new Noel Mignon Rise & Shine kit; hurry on over here to get one if you are thinking of picking it up!
Don't forget to sign up for my "Discover Your Scrap Style" online class if you are thinking of taking it! We start in one week!

I spent Saturday morning going to yard sales (or as we say in the South, going yard saling) and finding all sorts of fun treasures! My big plans for my Memorial Day are to take pics of them and I'll post 'em up here for you tomorrow. :) After that- maybe a little scrapping, and then cooking out with some friends this evening.
Hope you have a wonderful day with friends and family, and remember those who have fought for our country.
That is a very doable sketch for me I think. Probably gonna use it sometime today or tomorrow. Thanks for posting, V.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful layout! I love those colors so much. I like using sketches.
ReplyDeleteHey, about your class...is it for those who have the Noele Mignon kit or for anyone? I think I'm confused. Not at all like me, huh?
Anyone can sign up for the class; you don't have to be a Noel Mignon kit subscriber or even own a single one to sign up! :)
ReplyDeleteThat layout is gorgeous...and I just love Jana's sketches so much! I might do a layout using it too.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the nice comment on my post today...I sort of did feel like "that mom" myself...but you said exactly how I feel....If we aren't going to stand up our kids...who will?
